Sheeting of All Types

Since his early twenties, Larry Demchuk’s background has been in installation, installation supervision, and sales of sheeting and decking. Bob Flicks’ background is in estimating and sales of sheeting and decking products. We know of all the products that are available to do any type of sheeting and decking you require.

We deal with all of the major suppliers including:

• Ideal Roofing
• Vicwest

We are able to purchase any profile in any colour and thickness that is available today. We will purchase flashings, gutters and downspouts of any size or description for you, and we have the ability to fabricate our own.

Big and Small

One of our biggest projects to date is the Stelco Z-line which was built in 1990-1991. We supplied and installed insulated roof cladding, insulated wall cladding, an 8’ gravity ventilator, a 15’ gravity ventilator, built-up roofing, support framing for roof top make-up air units, 18 ga. Ductwork for the units and we also installed the make-up air units onto the roof using a Sikorsky Helicopter.

Another huge undertaking was the Dofasco #2 CPCM project (#6 Pickle Line) where we removed existing siding and birdscreen. We supplied and installed an insulated sound barrier wall system. We cut roof openings, installed curbs and installed 18 roof fans. We also supplied and installed metal roof and wall cladding for auxiliary buildings, interior buildings, turning towers and galleries. We worked for Walters Inc. and TCE on this project and Marty Wilson is our capable foreman on this job.

The Dofasco #3 ARP project started in 2004 and on this job we supplied and installed an insulated roof, insulated wall, gravity ventilator, wall louvers and dampers, man doors, interior building wall cladding and windows. Our contract on this project is with Walters Inc.

Other fairly large projects have been done at Lake Erie Steel, Slater Steel, Nova Steel, Ontario Hydro, Toronto Waste Facility and others.

We want to stress the fact that though we are capable of doing large projects, we do not turn down small jobs. We have done small jobs at Hamilton Port Authority, Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board, Halton District School Board, Hamilton Specialty Bar, Bunge and more.
